To request a refund, please send an email to support@drinkrau.com with your name, order confirmation number and reason for the request, within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned unopened with seal intact.
Once we approve your refund request, you'll receive an email notification.
Refunds typically take between 2-3 business days to reflect back on to your bank account.
If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at support@drinkrau.com to resolve the issue. We will try our best to cancel the order before it enters the processing phase. If the order ships, you will need to return package unopened with the seal intact within 30 days. Opened packages are not eligible for returns.
